Listed below are several organizations and facilities that provide HIV testing. To find HIV/AIDS testing sites and primary care facilities in the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois you can search the Illinois HIV/AIDS/STD Online Referral Database or call 1-800-AIDS-AIDS (243-2437).
If you’re on the Chicago State University (CSU) campus, contact the Wellness/Health Center for their hours of operation or call 773-995-2010.. The center provides primary health services for CSU students and is a comprehensive health and educational resource for the entire campus community. They are located in the Cook Administration Building Room 131.
