Learning Behavior Specialist I  - Type 10 Special Certificate with an LBSI endorsement –         

• Applicants who do not hold an initial or standard teacher certificate should request a transcript evaluation for an initial teacher certification program, and will apply to the Office of Teacher Certification, ED 208.
  
  
         
• Applicants who hold an initial or standard teacher certificate will apply to the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies.  For information about this program, please contact the Department of Special Education, Early Childhood, and Technology Education (SETE), ED 321.

• Applicants who do not hold an initial or standard teacher certificate should request a transcript evaluation for an initial teacher certification program, and will apply to the Office of Teacher Certification, ED 208.
  
        
• Applicants who hold an initial or standard teacher certificate will apply to the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies.  For information about this program, please contact the Department of Library, Information, and Media Services (LIMS), ED 203.          

School Counseling – Type 73 School Service Personnel certificate – Applicants to the school counseling program apply to the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies.  For information about this program, please contact the Counseling Graduate Program of the Department of Psychology.

School Social Work – Type 73 School Service Personnel certificate -  Applicants to the school social work program apply to the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies.  For information about this program, please contact the Master’s of Social Work (M.S.W.) program.

General Administration – Type 75 Administrative certificate with Principals endorsement – Applicants to the General Administration program apply to the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies.  For information on this program, please contact the Department of Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Foundations.

Superintendent Endorsement - The Ed.D. Program includes an option to add a Superintendent Endorsement to the type 75 certificate.  For information on the Ed.D. Program and Superintendent Endorsement, please contact the Department of Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Foundations.
