Certified Teacher At Large Applications

The Certified Teacher-At-Large Application is for indivuduals who already hold an Illinois teacher certificte and want to take courses for an endorsement, but do not want to apply for a master's degree or subsequent certificate program.

Certified Teacher At Large Application – Reading Endorsement Only
Complete this form, submit to ED 208 with proof of your teacher certificate and a $25 check or money order, and contact the Department of Reading, Elementary Education, and Bilingual Education, ED 318,  for advisement.

Certified Teacher At Large Application – Library Science Endorsement Only
Complete this form, submit to ED 208 with proof of your teacher certificate and a $25 check or money order, and contact the Department of Library Information and Media Studies, ED 203, for advisement.

For all other endorsement areas – complete this form and submit to ED 208 with proof of your teacher certificate and a $25 check or money order.  Schedule registration advising in ED 208, 773-995-2519.
