If you missed the Student Teaching Application Meetings to student teach Fall 2009 or Spring 2009, please view and adhere to the following:

1. Review the Student Teaching PowerPoint Presentation:  CLICK HERE
   
2. Download and print the Student Teaching Application Packet:  CLICK HERE
3. Send an email to fbrannon@csu.edu to inform the Office of Field Placement of your name, ID#, email address, phone number, major and semester you plan to student teach.
4. Submit all necessary documents that are outlined on the Pre-Student Teaching Checklist (please refer to the Student Teaching Application Packet) to the Office of Field Placement by October 15, 2008 no later than 4:00pm.

*** Please note:  You must schedule an appointment with your academic advisor to obtain a signed updated program evaluation.
