If you missed the Student Teaching Application Meetings to student teach Fall or Spring , please view and adhere to the following:
- Review the Student Teaching PowerPoint Presentation: CLICK HERE
- Download and print the Student Teaching Application Packet: CLICK HERE
- Send an email to fbrannon@csu.edu to inform the Office of Field Placement of your name, ID#, email address, phone number, major and semester you plan to student teach.
- Submit all necessary documents that are outlined on the Pre-Student Teaching Checklist (please refer to the Student Teaching Application Packet) to the Office of Field Placement by November 1 (Fall Semester) or April 1 (Spring Semester) no later than 4:00pm.
*** Please note: You must schedule an appointment with your academic advisor to obtain a signed updated program evaluation.
