Observation Appointment Procedures

To secure an observation appointment through the Office of Field Placement, students must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Review the Observation PowerPoint Presentation:

2. Download and/or print:  

1. Observation Calendar:

2. Observation Site List:

3. Review your personal schedule, observation calendar and observation site list to select the place, time and date prior to complete.

4. Next, download and complete the Observation Request Form (CLICK HERE), then save and email it as an attachment to csufieldplacement@gmail.com. The email must be sent prior to the submission deadline date and time.
    
5. After sending the email to the Office of Field Placement, return to this webpage to confirm your appointment on or after the following dates:
