Welcome to the undergraduate on line application for admissions to Chicago State University.  The only types of applicants we are currently accepting via this method are the following:

	First-time Freshmen (Never attended college)
	Freshman/Transfer (Less than 24 semester/36 quarter college credit hours)
	Transfer (More than 24/36 quarter college credit hours)

If you do not fall within any of the above listed categories please go to the applicant page and download the application that applies to you.  You may also call the Office of Admissions for assistance, 773-995-2513 or you may send an email to ug-admissions@csu.edu. The online application cannot be used as a readmission application.  If you have previously attended CSU, please call 773-995-2522 or visit the Registrar. To complete the online application, simply type your answer in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).  Remember, since you will be typing in your own information, you can guarantee the correct spelling of your name and address and other vital information.

A nonrefundable application fee of $25.00 is required for each application.  Payment may be made by sending a check or money order payable to Chicago State University.

	The application will not be processed until the application fee is received.
	This application is valid only for the semester for which you are applying.  If you do not enroll for that semester you may defer your admission by submitting notice in writing four weeks prior to the first day of the semester.

If you must make changes after you submit the application, please contact the Office of Admissions. You must apply for admission to one specific program.  See major/programs offered for more information.
